Cancellations and Refund Policies

The webpage discloses the Cancellation and Refund Policies of 7 Vacations. Please read them carefully before booking with us. We understand the requirements of the end-users and their needs for the cancellations. Probably this is the reason why we have drafted and created a user-friendly policies associated with the booking cancellations.

  The following policies mentioned below:

  • The individual or group traveler of "no show" tickets is not protected by the refund scheme.
  • Tickets are entitled to a refund if they meet with the Service Provider criteria.
  • While reserving and buying on the travel site goods and services, separate factors defined by the respective service provider shall apply
  • You agree to comply with these terms and conditions and, if necessary, pay for any damages and comply with the rules, regulations and limits on access to and use by the applicable service provider.
  • You know that any violation of any of these service provider's conditions, circumstances, policies, regulations or constraints can cause:
  • (a) Your default on any money paid for such booking or buy,

    (b) You cancel or buy your booking,

    (c) You will be refused access to any flights, hotel, goods or services, and

    (d) mzair will debit you on any expenses from your account.

  • You accept your responsibility for all fees, taxes, liabilities and reviews arising from your use of your travel site.
  • You can cancel the travel packages with us within 72 hours of the date of booking, if you have booked with us any travel packages or for holidays.
  • Those packages that are subject to special tours and cannot be cancelled or cannot be process for cancelations.
  • It is likely that you will have to pay for the cancelation depending on your booking, cancelation and payment date. To learn more about the price you need to pay in case you are cancelled or ready, you may want to contact the client care officer.

Refund Policies

  • If the purchaser isn't satisfied we will assist you in reimbursing you the cost.
  • Furthermore, you must be aware that your booking was cancelled within 72 hours and that the purchase you made is in the range of reservations that are cancellable.
  • You must apply by phone. You must apply. You can email us at any time and we will consider this.
  • We can't help you obtain refunds if you can't cancel your order.
Flight Bookings: Cancellation policies
  • Cancelation is only permitted until 24 hours after the reservation. And, if the cancelation takes place within 24 hours, it is not reimbursable.
  • Travel insurance is however launched for the reimbursement as quickly as possible.
  • However, by contacting our client support team via telephone calls you need to cancel your reservations.
  • We only process the cancelation by telephone for safety purposes and prevent discrepancies and delays of all kinds.
Refund Policies
  • The cancelation must be rendered by contacting our experts in customer support.
  • We cannot offer refunds of orders that have not been purchased or not cancelled within 24 hours.
  • At the moment of booking, we will not reimburse our service. The whole procedure will take one or two weeks after the reimbursement is accepted.
  • The reimbursement charges usually paid per passenger or ticket may or may not be billed.
  • If the amount is refunded, it will be sent to the account from which the payment was made
  • It takes around 10-15 days for the refund process to be completed
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of the airline will be final
  • Occasionally, even after 24 hours of flight cancellations the airlines can refund the ticket but we do not assure or guarantee you about that as the airline have a separate cancellation and refund policy.
Overbooking issues

The airlines often overbook the plane and some passengers do not get on the flight at the time of departure because they have the option to board the other flight. Airline has its own flight reservation policy, and we cannot be held responsible for such situations. Users are advised to contact the airlines to explain the outcome of the situation. If the passenger does not wish to board the different flights, the airline must agree on and refund and, when possible, give compensation.

Change of Policies

mzair reserves the right to amend or rectify the policies without prior notice. We are familiar with its need as we do not promote or endorse a change in purchasing or booking details. When reservations are delayed or booked, they may have a changing on the fares or there is no available sitting or space. And, mzair, in such cases, cannot be held responsible for the same. We advise that tour packages or other reservations not be changed in order to prevent the loss.
